How to: Insert an existing object into a document.
Solution:
Open the document and select the desired location. Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object'.
1) Open the document to where the object will be inserted.
2) Place the cursor where the object is to appear.
3) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Object...' . (The 'Object' dialog box appears.)

4) Click 'Create from file' tab.
5) Do one of the following:
a) Type the name of the object file in the 'File Name' box.
NOTE: Make sure to include the drive and directory where the file is located.
b) Click 'Browse...'. (The 'Browse' dialog box appears.)
1] Select the drive that contains the object file from the 'Look in' drop-down list. (A list of all the folders and files within the drive is displayed.)
2] (Optional) Open the folder that contains the document.
a] Select the desired file. (The file is highlighted.)
b] Click 'OK'.
3] Select the name of the file in the list box.
4] Click 'OK'.
6) Click 'OK'.
